You can find online that it's best to buy soft gels in the winter but I had to have them and I took the chance. The company doesn't want to lose money so they send them out and I put them in the refrigerator or if I really need them, I put them in the freezer for 30 minutes timed, when they come out I knock them hard against something and they don't stick together anymore. Be aware that while this works, you will still get the smell of garlic but unless you can see the garlic sticking all over to the inside of the bottle, something like that, they are usable and effective in this state. I'm glad I like garlic! 😊

It’s an ok product but doesn’t make as much of a difference as eating fresh garlic for blood pressure issues.
