I splurged on it just before my retirement in July 2019. Almost immediately I noticed the watch is slow but by then I already left overseas location I purchased this watch at. Perhaps you think I bought a fake. Not the case, it came with certificate of authenticity. Back in USA I contacted Rado's Service Center in NJ and shipped the watch to them. They kept it for two months and returned the watch that was in even worst shape than before. Even more inaccurate and still with weak power reserve. That power reserve is specified by Radon to be at least 24 hours, my watch would stop working after 12-14 hr. So I submitted my watch for service again. Took another two months and the watch came back still not working correctly (but signed by their QC!). I am not even sure if it is slow or fast or, unlikely, accurate because its reserve power is still very weak or the watch just simply stops working when I am wearing it. Perhaps it is for people who are in motion 24 hours a day but then a potential buyer should be made aware of it. Yes, it is a genuine piece of Swiss made junk! I am now stuck with it but you don't have to experience the legendary Swiss workmanship.Update: After three attempts to repair this watch here in US, the watch on my request was shipped to Rado in Switzerland. It took another three months but they finally fixed it. Not a word of apology. What an awful company!
