I don’t know why someone would need to read a review on cinnamon, but here it is:The material inside the canister is indeed cinnamon. It can be used for a variety of uses with cooking, as well as a hack for some pest deterrents. I put it in my oatmeal, and it pairs well with brown sugar.Hope this helps.
