2011 RX350 needed new pads after 65k miles. Arrived in packages like the pictures with matching correct OEM replacement part numbers. The front brake pads include new metal springs designed to separate the pads. Shims and wear clips are not included but they are stainless steel so I simply transferred old hardware to the new pads. I also bought my own ceramic grease as it is also not included. You will need two different sockets and a C-clamp or pad separator to get the caliper back on as the pistons can not be pushed back in by hand. Don't start the job without the right C-clamp or pad separator; the calipers will give you trouble and will not fit back on the rotor. The pads function perfectly and quietly as expected from an OEM Lexus part. My local Lexus dealer was charging much as 25% more for the same parts.

Installed on girlfriends Lexus 2013 RX350. Only had to transfer the clips from old pads but fit perfectly. Thank you for the great product and a good price. Would recommend this to anyone.

These are genuine Toyota parts and work as advertised. It would be a better and a more useful purpose if they came with the new clips, shims and springs so those didn't have to be purchased separately.
