Can’t say enough good things about Caputo GF flour!! Bakes well and tastes great!Great if you’re only gluten sensitive, and I’ve read comments from Celiacs who can eat it too.It doesn’t contain a GF wheat enzyme, so if you’re allergic to wheat it may not be for you.

I love this gluten free flour, but when my package arrived there was flour all over the package. Since this item is not refundable I paid twice as much for just one sealed bag of flour. Very disappointed.
