I absolutely loved these nutricost enzymes. I couldn’t tell if they did anything really but I know they are high quality supplements with good ingredients and R&D behind them. I trust this brand and will continue to buy and take their products.

It’s okay. It doesn’t help near as much as“Pure Encapsulations Digestive Enzymes Ultra with Betaine HCl.” — I was looking for a cheaper alternative, but when using this I still got pretty bad gas and bloating —although —- not as bad as if I took nothing. With Pure Encapsulations Digestive Enzymes Ultra I get NO gas or bloating at all. It’s truly lovely. It even helps my acid reflux so I switch back bc it’s worth paying more.
