Admittedly, I've had this mouse for 4 hours but it's immediately proved to be exactly what I'm looking for. It's performance is 100% for office work, i.e. scrolling, pointing, clicking. Very smooth, nice adjustments on responsiveness, and completely silent minus a few of the specialty clicks. High quality matte finish feel and look. I work on my computer 50+ hrs/week ... for the company that sells this product where you are right now : ) ... and I've gone through several different ergonomically designed 'mice' - most recent was the Logitech "Lift" which is very popular. That and many like it are so heavy at the bottom and thin at the top you feel like you are fighting gravity constantly trying to hold and move the mouse without your hand slipping upward. I'll put it like this, do you want your hand shaped like a duck's beak for 50 hrs/week or a C grip? Hint, one of them is natural, one of them is not. Will also add the Logitech Lift and others like it look weird, they are not subtle. You better love the feel of that design to justify having it on your desk. The Perimice is just right, light and rounded enough for a proper grip. Price doesn't always translate to quality or experience and in this case, there's a pronounced difference. Spend $40 less for a better fitting product.

I've had this mouse for 2 years. I used several other vertical (and traditional) mouses over the years before buying this Perixx mouse. It's easily the most accurate and comfortable mouse I have ever owned. The recharge feature is really nice... I'll use the mouse for several weeks at a time before remembering to recharge and it's never a problem. The only odd feature is the battery never recharges above 65%, but it takes a long time to run it down. Bluetooth connection is also great - I've never had to use the USB or type C connections.

**UPDATE 05/2023**Mouse stopped working. I replaced the AA battery already once before, but today, even with another fresh battery, there's no functionality. Very sad about the lack of longevity with this purchase.======================="One size does not fit all," is the best adage for searching for the most suitable small, vertical mouse. It's like trying on a pair of glasses: you have to try on many pairs, and the one you pick probably won't suit someone else. So it is with my search for the best mouse for me, and my small female hands. This mouse won out because it fit and didn't cause added distress or pain to my hand. The matte finish creates a nice soft texture to touch. The buttons near and above the thumb are easy to get to and don't accidentally 'get in the way'. The click is silent and soft. Searching for a new mouse has taught me to listen to my body's needs, and not necessarily the reviews of others. To each their own!

This little mouse had no trouble connecting, and can be used while charging.It comes with two USB dongles, one for USB-A and one for USB-C, and it connects via bluetooth as well.The reason that I wanted this mouse is because I dual boot Windows and Linux, and thought that the "Multi device" in the description means that I am able to pair it with both operating systems once, and it will be usable without re-pairing it each time. This is not the case.

I really liked this mouse. It is comfortable to use, just the right size for my small hands. The surface material is good, feels good to touch and does not slip. And what I particularly liked about it is that it is very quiet! Unfortunately, after half a year of use, the scroll wheel broke :(( It "slips" when scrolling, does not respond properly. I would have expected a longer lifespan than this.

This mouse is exactly what I have been looking for. I have small arthritic hands and have tried several mice. The curve of the mouse fits perfectly, tracks smoothly, the buttons have a short travel to click and are quiet. Highly recommend.

I have a desk job (and hobbies) that keep me at my computer 8-12 hours every day and struggle with carpal tunnel wrist pain. I also have very small hands.I've tried a bunch of other vertical nice, and various wrist guards and padding, but this has by far been the most comfortable to use. Nice and quiet, just elevated enough to keep my wrist on the desk it out feeling like a super strained position.But I've not purchased this mouse twice, once as the wireless version and once as this wired version, and they both stopped working in less than 12 months time, and both times have been issues with the button clicking not registering anymore.Currently I can click about 50% of the time, and click & drag isn't working at all.I verified it wasn't on the software side, and because the other one lasted about the same about of time, I am worried it's just a flaw in their construction. I really don't want to have to replace my mouse once a year.
Multi device, silent and smooth. Wrist and finger pain has improved.
I bought the wireless multi device because I have three laptops ( 2 home + 1 work). So far I love this mice. It’s silent and smooth. No lagging. Now I got 1 more for my work at office. It’s worth the money. No need to Spend $80 plus on fancy devices. I had wrist and finger pain from regular mice. Ergonomic expert has asked me to switch mice. Pain has improve after using this.

Muy cómodo, para el trabajo diario. Los materiales se perciben y se sienten de muy buena calidad. Siento en lo personal que se adaptan a cualquier tipo de mano (grande, mediana y chica). Muy recomendable
