I have had this product in the past and it was great!! I refuse to ingest any pills from this particular bottle because the seal looks tampered with and the label is off a little bit. Unfortunately, I can't return this item but I would like a total refund or a new bottle or I’ll have to shop somewhere else for a similar product.Update: I called Bolo and they issued a refund. I pitched the last bottle because they do not accept returns with this product. I’m glad everything was taken care of in a timely manner because this product helps with my anxiety a lot.

This has been of those supplements I have added to my forever list. I did a review on another brand that I gave 5 stars to but I like this one better. The three reasons why I like this one better is there is more of the ingredient in this pill. Second it is mixed with black pepper so more absorbs into your bloodstream. Black pepper does not digest on the first round and forces anything attached to it to bypass the first round of digestion where better absorption begins to happen. Third it cost less ! :)The two reasons I use this is because number one I had cancer before. I never ever want to see it again. As written:****Ashwagandha extract has been shown in studies to have very promising benefits when it comes to helping with preventing and treating cancer. In certain studies, researchers have found that ashwagandha extract has a powerful anti-tumor effect.The extract has been shown to help inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells – specifically breast, lung, stomach, and colon cancer cells which are among some of the leading types of cancers in the world. It’s believed that ashwagandha helps to prevent the growth of cancer cells mostly due to its immune boosting and antioxidant abilities. Supplementing with ashwagandha is correlated with an increase in white blood cells within the body, which indicate that the immune system is better able to protect the body from disease and harmful invaders . Another way that ashwagnadha helps prevent cancer is due to its ability to stop blood vessels around cancer cells from feeding into the growth of cancerous tumors.***************The countries that primarily use this believe it cures anything and everything ! Not surprising they have a extremely low cancer rate. I must say too they also consume much turmeric which fights cancer as well.The second reason I use this is because it does make you feel better as far as your mood goes. But the many ashwagandha benefits don't stop there. It is your body’s main stress hormone. It works with certain parts of your brain to control your mood, motivation, and fear. It does other things as well but just a bit too much cortisol in your blood and you will be down!I honestly tell you that it makes my mood better and helps me concentrate. I love the stuff. I feel better knowing every time I take one it is fighting any cancer that may try to show up. I ordered this with not worrying what was really in the pills because this is a FDA regulated facility! I can tell with the increased dosage my mood is even better. I have been taking one a day but I think I am going to take two and see how that goes!So yes a great price even with the black pepper mixed in which usually cost more ! No problems swallowing this small pill and no adverse reactions ! I would highly recommend it to everyone ! I use these Ashwagandha supplements to complement the prescription I take for hot flashes. THEY DO WORK! It dose not get rid of hot flashes completely, but I would recommend giving these a try!

this is my second week using this product and I don't think it is more effective than the previous version with lower blend of the main ingrained as many indicated on their reviews on Bolo. I take 2 capsules once daily first thing in the morning and i did not experience any change in energy which i was hoping to get more of. I did get some headaches the first few days so i reduce the dose to one capsule a day. I will continue to take till i finish but I plan on going back to using the lower strength of this same product that is cheaper had thermae affect.
