I ordered this not knowing it would really be that useful. I can tell you now, that it's been the best investment when it comes to reading and studying.It's like having a second hand. I love how I can put just about any size book on this and it'll hold it. I've even used it to hold my iPad.The built in page holders have been a surprisingly great perk, as I can hold onto a page, walk away from the book and come back to pick up where I left off. I love how they are metal, which makes them durable but they also have a rubber sleeve on the tips so they don't rib any pages while holding them in place. I use this to hold bible pages in place, which have more delicate pages compared to your average book, and I've haven't had any damaged pages.Last plus, is how aesthetic it is. It has a really nice look to it. I love the Bamboo/wood with black. Very modern and blends well with our furniture/office space. I've gotten plenty of compliments from friends, impressed by how practical this item is.I recommend this as a nice addition to your study materials.

I tested out all sizes of cookbooks I have, on it. Works perfectly for any size. It works for recipe cards as well, or magazine tear outs. After using it's easy to wipe down and folds up and slides into a drawer. I find it to be a much- needed kitchen gadget. Everyone should have one, it makes cooking easier and keeps your books and recipes from getting messy.This could also be used for holding up instructions while building furniture and such, music sheets, or school notes. It has many uses.It is bamboo, so when it arrives it has a slight ordor, just air it out, it goes away.

I bought a cheaper, simpler book stand that was bulky and rustic/primitive but it didn’t have enough features and wasn’t the quality I wanted. This one is versatile and a good value!This size accommodates larger sized books and the angle is adjustable. My favorite feature are the little arms that hold the pages - they have little grips at the tips so it really holds on to the page. I am using it on a 2” paperback and it does so with no problem. The ledge at the bottom is deep enough to support the book and the little arm is flexible enough to hold the page open. It’s still easy to flip pages.Bamboo wood is attractive and it takes up the right amount of space on the countertop for the stability it provides.I’d definitely buy another if I needed one!

This gets the job done. I like the quality and size. I definitely feel like I’m getting my moneys worth as I used this for hours at a time with books with over 1000s of pages. The reason I took a star off is because I wish the edges were sanded down more and were smoother.

The media could not be loaded. I love this book stand! I use it to read my bible, it’s super sturdy & the best part is that it’s adjustable. The prongs to keep the book open are strong and have a good resistance. The design is perfect & I feel the price is great doe what you get. I’d def recommend it 👍🏽

Game changer
The media could not be loaded. I can harldy believe I went though college without this. It's great! I'm writing a book right now and this is great to hold up books when I'm citing them. Auper useful to hold up pictures when drawing too! The spring in the little "hands" that hold up the books is soft with its little silicon cover and they're "springny". Meaning it holds up on sheet okay,5-6 sheets well, a book very well. And its not too hard to. I have weak hands and I still was able to put up my book ome handed as you can see on the video I posted on my review. The item is light weight, easy to setup, sturdy, it doesn't shake with every breath you send its way... Overall 5 stars. I strongly recommend.
