Well it’s gummies so you know it’s great. However its only drawback is that it’s real sweet tho the taste isn’t all that. It’s chewable, easily absorbed and helps in your children’ health and wellbeing. Better to stay healthy and away from the doctor’s office until necessary.

We've been giving my son these teen guy gummy vitamins for quite a few years now, and they have done wonders in helping to keep him healthy. We feel good that it has all the vitamins and nutrients that he needs in one convenient little gummy that he easily takes with his morning meal.

It’s a real love-hate relationship with these in our house. I love the quality of the product. The ease of taking these vitamins and the effects they have on my kids, both hair, skin, and mood all huge wins. The drawback is the taste both of my kids who eat almost anything hate the way they taste so they’re reluctant, but that the good outweighs the bad. If you can get over the smell and taste, these are amazing For teenagers. And I’m serious when I say, I have noticed a difference in their skin and their moods when they take these consistently.
They like it.
My teenage girls are happily taking them. This has not been the case with some other brands.
