These are good medium toothbrushes. They can be a bit harsh on the gums if you brush them directly, but other than that they clean really well. They are worth the price.

I love the way my teeth feel after brushing with the charcoal brushes! CLEAN! You know what else my wallet feels fuller. What else could I ask for free fat chance but there is three of us and 6 brushes so I buy 2 packs a year and that puts me in the black cause I haven’t had too have a the dreaded deep cleaning in 2 years. I think they are paying me to use their brushes and I think I will buy some jewelry for my ears.

1st time buying this brand compared to others the handle is very thin and small in my hand I like to be able to grip. The bristles are soft though wish it was wider for bigger teeth, it just feels like it was meant for smaller people. But it gets the job done

It is very firm that hurt my gums but some people like toothbrushes very hard. Personally, I prefer soft but I bought this by emergenvy but ut works. Doesnt last long tho either.
