Great flavor. Kicking diet soda but still wanted some caffeine. I like them for the morning.. hydration and caffeine to wake me up.If you are going out for a long run mix up the drink before you go as the “fizz” to nuun can cause a liquid projectile especially if jostled around in a water bottle while running. Overall I am a big fan and would recommend for hydration and replacing diet soda.

This stuff really works and gives me what feels like more top end when pushing myself hard. Don’t know if it really helps with hydration as I tend to overhydrate so I don’t see the effects, but the energy and alertness exceeds that of regular coffee. I enjoy it how I use it. Great for hangovers too!Taste is mediocre - chemical fruit adjacent. This isn’t something you get for the taste though. Just wish they weren’t so ridiculously expensive.

These are good value if you need an energy drink and do not want all the sugar and volume. I drop one of these in my water bottle every time I need a little pep in my step. You can control the amount of sweetness and strength by using more or less water.

Great crap medicine, helps me sleep better

I ordered the orange mango with caffeine. I usually like mango and orange flavors and needed the caffeine so figured it would be good. I have a 32 oz water bottle so I put 2 in as recommendation is 1 tablet to 16oz of water. All I can say is it taste STRONGLY like alka seltzer, carbonation and a SLIGHT SUGGESTION of mango orange but more of a bitter taste and bad after taste. Gross. I've been doing gatorade previously and that tastes way better and I do energy mio for the energy. Maybe I just ordered the wrong flavor. But if they're all like that, I'd save your money and get something else. And the worse part, I was stuck with it for 9 hours ( I work in a factory and cant leave the floor once we start), couldn't dump it and get something else. Now I will try to return it and either try another flavor or another brand. Hopefully other flavors don't disappoint like this did.
