This is by far the best non-stick , dishwasher safe (that is the key) cookware around. I’ve tried other “premium” and cheaper nonstick/ dishwasher safe cookware and none (I mean NONE) can compete with this Viking set! After hundreds of dollars over 6/8 years no other set can hold up to this, they all eventually peel or scratch or just breakdown over time… but not Viking. I accidentally came across this brand when Walmart had a special on their 8qt pot. We have used it for over 5 years and the coating still looks great though there is some wear around the lid rim… other than that it looks like great. In that time I’ve gone through 2/3 other brands of pots until I finally decided I was being stupid to not just spend a little additional money on pots that obviously last and are well made!My only complaint is the metal handles and lids that get extremely hot but it’s not unlike many brands nowadays.

I have had these pans about a year now. I love them! They heat vert quickly and distrubute the heat correctly. They also clean very easy, I do clean them right away so I don't know how they clean when left longer. My only problem is that I would like a bigger pot as well the largest is 5 qt and that's lovely but I would like a 6 or 7 as well which they have and I will purchase separately. Aside from that these are super good pots!

Beautiful! Much better than my Cephalon set (but those are 3 years old). They have a truly non-stick surface and everything cooks beautifully! I may take another look at their appliances after seeing what a difference these make!I think there is one MAJOR design flaw: the handle on the sauté pan (large with lid) is made of metal. It’s a handle, so I assumed it would be fine to touch (since that’s all it’s for). I burned my fingers (not badly, minor blisters), but definitely a warning to be very careful with that one. You can use a pot holder (of course); however, this can make it more difficult to carry. Regardless, you HAVE to use something so you don’t get burned.Beautiful set!

I have had this set for a year and a half now. They are by far the best pans I've ever had. Great heat distribution and truly non stick, even after almost daily use. You do have to hand wash these but because they're non stick it only takes a minute.Customer service was also great. One of the pots was dented. It wasn't noticible until I used the lid and it wouldn't fit. By this time I'd had the set for sixmonths and thought I'd have a problem getting a replacement. Absolutely the opposite. I sent a picture and had a replacement in less than a week. It's nice when a company stands behind their product. Don't hesitate...buy these, you will love them.

Finally found a cookware set that would work on an induction cooktop. We have an all clad stainless set that is great but wanted the nonstick coating. The reviews and descriptions on cookware sets are not always accurate. Ordered a different set that was supposed to work and our cooktop would not even turn on with the pan sitting on it. These are well made, heat up quick, not as fast as our all clads but not much longer either. Non stick coating seams to be durable.

They are great but need to improve the following:1. Lower the angle of the handle - too steep2. The handles get hot quickly - I’ve had other similar high end sets but the lid and pot handles stayed much cooler (didn’t always need a potholder to handle).3. A tad heavy and I’m a pretty strong guy.Lastly, using with induction, they are slow to heat but once hot, stay hot.I hope the product manager reads these.

I've had these pans since 2020 and they are lovely, heavy, solid pans. I was a little disappointed that even though I only use wood utensils and hand wash they lost some of their nonstick abilities.
Pot leaking
Hi the product is amazing just have one problem with one the pot it's leaking from the handle part I wonder if you guys can send us another one Plz I'll send you guys the picture
