They test to make sure that what you were supposed to get in each capsule is in each. It's highly important if you're going to take any supplement. I started taking these because of reoccurring UTIs. I've been taking them now since November of 2019 and I have not had another UTI whereas I was having them about four times a year, So I would call them super effective. While you could drink cranberry juice, you're not getting as much and I find cranberry juice yucky. They are very easy to swallow, they're gel coating will last in your mouth if you pop it in and realize you have nothing to drink it down with. You only have to take one a day, so the price is negligible so your value for your money is exceptional. They are also not horse pills so their size is easy to swallow. They come in different strengths and different sizes of bottles, but I have found this the most convenient. Since I only have to take one a day it lasts a very long time. I think I get a bottle about every 4 months and I have one put back just in case. However anytime I have thought that I might be getting a little sensitive, I take an extra and I never have had another UTI. I do put them in a weekly container. In fact I fell up four weekly containers at one time and they keep in the the pill sorters just fine. I love this brand, I trust this brand, their quality control is excellent it does what it needs to do. I really don't think you could ask for anything more.
