Works great on concrete cinder blocks, but needs to be forced against the concrete
This seals to concrete blocks very well, HOWEVER, you need to get a roller or something to push hard against the tape after applying to ensure it seals well to the concrete blocks. Otherwise it will fail and not seal. It has 2 interior 2 inch plastic strips that seperate from the tar barrier. The first is easy to remove however the 2nd is not so easy to remove and it will sometime split causing a slow down to again find the thin plastic strip and begin again (especially when you are in a bind). This is rated as the best adhesive for cinder blocks however its important to brush all debri from the concrete/cinder blocks before application. AND USE A PLASTIC Tool to force the tape against the cinder block to assist with adhesion.I used this tape to encapsulate a crawlspace and it worked pretty good, wish I would have known about forcing it against the cinder block before I started.......

Great flashing for waterproofing and insulation
I had to change the exterior vinyl window frames on my home, as they had deteriorated over the years. Once I removed the old frames, I could see that the original job was not done very well and did not have the flashing placed correctly to prevent water seepage. To help prevent future water problems and assist with insulation, I decided to use this flashing, and I’m very glad that I did. The butyl adhesive is VERY sticky once it adheres to something, so be careful how you handle it when applying. Also watch when you measure to cut the length that you need. Each time, when I cut the desired length to apply, I always had about 3 inches left at the end of the application process; it will stretch a bit once the poly backing is removed and the flashing is applied. This flashing forms such a good seal, I do not think that any water will be able to penetrate it. We live in Colorado, where it gets very cold in the winter, and hot in the summer, so this can also help with insulation. Overall, this is a quality product.

This worked as well as this stuff could work. It is difficult to stick this to what you intend to stick it to. Glad this had extra footage as always seem to mess up at least one piece.
