I wanted to get this lube for inserting my cup on the last days of my period where I am more sensitive and my flow is light, I think it will make insertion easier. But since my period is 20 days away I used it for intercourse and it is wonderful. After having children and being on hormonal birth control my body doesn't make as much lubricant as it used to, so I always use lube. This area is sensitive and many lubes I've tried can be irritating (creating a burning sensation inside of me) so I was excited to try this. Pixie lube didn't get sticky and didn't irritate my sensitive body at all. I think this will work for my cup during my period (I will update review once I've tried it how it was intended to be used!). Excellent lube for non-cup purposes though (way better than ky and less sticky than astroglide which is what I usually use), I'd continue purchasing for that alone. Price is good, it's a pretty big container and a little of this goes a long way (I think I'll probably only need one pump to put on rim of cup).*update--finally used with my menstrual cup and it worked great. I only needed one pump on rim and a tiny bit on cup near rim, very helpful for insertion, great lube.

I use this with a cup from another brand, it works great. If I knew this brand before I would have bought only from you!I own the sterilizer (steamer), the liquid soap and also this lube gel and it works great, it doesn’t irritate or anything.Best way to do it is to apply while squatting, it’s more comfortable. I do it in the shower.

I've tried cups.Never made it work.Who knew dryness was one of my issues!?My first time using this product combined with a cup by a different brand.The instructions said 2-3 pumps, but after just one the cup was slipping out of my hands. Definitely not sticky. Similar to Wicked lube.This made for pain-free insertion. For the first time, I was able to insert and keep the cup in without painful chaffing.Like I said, I've not had much experience with cups, much less using lube WITH a cup. I will update next month with my tried opinions/hypothesis. So far, insertion was as pleasant as it could be.I'm curious if this makes inserting various types of cup folds easier, like the C-fold. We shall "c" :0)Tip: I recommend keeping short nails for the entirety of your period using this product and menstrual cups in general. That probably goes without saying but, again, I'm a noob.Update: so next month turned into 6 months :0)But all in all this is a quality product. I will say that I purchased this when the label was turquoise, not yellow. So there may have been a formula change I am unaware of. I use this product most months. No complaints. However…if you’re thinking it’s multi purpose…it’s not. Unless you stop to reapply every 5 min.

I have been using this product for years, and it was the only lube I would use. However, on my most recent purchase I am completely taken aback by how different the product is. The product does not lubricate, and is just straight liquid that drips off the cup. The liquid does not stick, it’s like water and falls right off. Maybe I received a bad one, but I bought like 3 of these travel sized guys and they are all the same.In the past, it was more of a gel consistency and would lubricate well. I am very sad they changed their product because it was the only lubricant that would not give me a yeast infection.

I like the size of the tube so I can just put it in the disc pouch… and I like that it isn’t sticky… but man you gotta be ready for it because it’ll run away from you as soon as you pop the lid. It’s very thin. Almost watery. But a little goes a long way. It’s just messy tho :/Edit: I purchased another bottle once I emptied the other and it had a much more lubey consistency. Must have been a bad batch the first time. 5 stars.

I bought this to use with my Cora disc. I haven’t used it yet but it is much smaller than expected. It will be great for traveling. It’s about the same size as travel-sized hand lotion so I’m not sure how long it will last when using it multiple times a day.

They have changed the ingredients!! & size of the Pixi lube
The media could not be loaded. I don’t ever do videos or leave lots of long reviews!So it’s now the same product I’d as the old one but the old one was water based , 100ml less then the last one I bought because they have changed packaging and ingredients!! It’s now all plant based lubricant!It’s thinker now but smells strange! So I smelled strange!And the packaging is a lot less recyclable as now it’s not coming apart and u can’t wash it out and recycle ♻️!It now had bamboo and looks amazing but why change a good thing !May as well buy normal lube water based silk type and save loads of money!
