They make the BEST hair tools no other brand can compare. I always buy high end and refuse to buy Dyson hair products. This blows them away. Does not damage hair. Made in Italy. Doesn’t get better than that!!

I had a much more expensive iron die.(3 letters) I have been through about 5 and warranty returns. I didn't want to fork out big money for another iron. I decided to go with Elchim. I have 2 dryers of the same brand and love them. I purchased this sight unseen. First the lifetime warranty is amazing! Lifetime! The iron does not get super hot but neither did my old one. It curls even better. The plates are very smooth and don't snag. It is pretty simple except for the celcius gauges instead of Fahrenheit. This is proving to be a workhorse in the salon. For the price this is a very nice iron with the best warranty out there!

I'm a licensed cosmetologist and bought this flat iron for personal use 3 years ago, I loved it for the first 2 years. It got hot quickly, I only needed one pass to straighten my hair, and it left my hair silky. This last year it started to auto shut off after about 10 minutes and that window kept shrinking. It will no longer stay on more than about 2 seconds. It has become completely unusable. I really only got 2 good years, compare that to the 12 years I got out of my original CHI flat iron that this replaced. This was absolutely not worth the cost!

This product has various heat settings and it get my hair the most straight if any product I have ever used in the least amount of time. My hair is healthy and not dried out by this iron because it works so efficiently. I would recommend this flat iron! I have very think, naturally curly hair. I am amazed on it's quality.

I probably paid too much for this product. But I have to say it is made well, heats up almost immediately, it's very comfortable to hold, and the settings seem to be very accurate.

Muy buena plancha calienta muy rápido y plancha de una pasada.. A mi no me sirvió por que mi cabello es teñido plateado y no lo deja sedoso lo quema.. No es cerámica es titanium

Had an Elchim for many years and sadly it was stolen. I have since changed to this model and it works even better than my last. I hope I can get as many years of use out of this model as I did with my last.
