The watermelon flavor is surprisingly good, not too fake or overly sweet. I usually mix one scoop with cold water and drink it like 25 mins before I work out. Gives me a nice clean energy boost no jitters or crash after. I’ve noticed better focus and endurance too. Also love that it has creatine and beta alanine already in it, saves me from taking extras. And the fact that it’s NSF certified is a plus. Overall, it’s a great go to preworkout, especially for the price.

This specific flavor and series is the best in quality, taste AND price! It has 30 servings (like all of them USED to have), whereas the newer versions only have 20 servings and are roughly the same price (but newer versions are worse quality as far as my personal opinion goes), and they’re all in the same size of container and close to the same weight so people get tricked into paying MORE money for 10 less servings. This one is the best out of the dozens of pre-workouts I’ve tried. It lasts forever (meaning I have forgotten it in my cupboard for 6+ months during flare-ups where I didn’t use it at all, and it was STILL perfectly the same. As far as jitters go, as long as you’re following the directions it doesn’t cause extra shaking or clumsiness or anything like that. I have taken more than double the serving size and it did cause some issues with my coordination, so I don’t recommend chugging 2 or more serving sizes at once. I personally like to make a large serving and sip on it throughout the day sometimes, but that is due to my own health issues that require extreme amounts of vitamin intake in order to absorb and maintain an adequate level of those vitamins in my system. I’m not really sure about how it helps on focus, though, since my brain is full of squirrels regardless of caffeine, vitamin or medication intake.I know this is gonna sound weird, but I’ve found it dissolves EXTREMELY EASILY when you mix it with very hot water. I drink pretty much only warm drinks (teeth sensitivity to cold), and make mine hot like tea, stir it often and toss it back in the microwave if I forget it sitting somewhere until it gets cold. A trick my husband taught me about powdery drink dissolvents is that even if you prefer your drink ice cold, it almost always dissolves easier in HOT water. So he mixes the full serving of powder in the hottest water from our tap, but he only uses a few tablespoons of the hot water in order to dissolve the powder quicker, and then he fills the rest with cold water (or you can even use ice or you want it really cold). But that all comes down to personal preference, aversion to texture and taste etc.The point is, this is the best bang for your buck. I have some mixed feelings about this.Pros: good focus, no jitteriness, no beta-alanine ants, blends easily, didn't feel dehydrated or like I was turning into a husk/mummy using it, energy levels were consistent and strong, good amount of product for the cost, taste is good.Cons: Horrible bubble guts/digestive upset. I assume it might be the sucralose in it, but every time I took it, it messed me up. I was hoping I'd be okay every time, but I always had to wait to deal with the destruction before I could work out, or I was gonna have the brown river of death wipe me out while weight lifting.If you don't mind a colon cleanse prior to exercising, then this is a good way to go. :)

Never have I ever bought a pre-workout before till this. THIS product is worth buying. Taste is great, I bought the watermelon. NO jitters, just natural feeling energy I also felt more focused.. Im a 40 year old woman. I will continue to buy this stuff. Its also a small container with a scooper inside. Hope this review is helpful because I wouldn't have bought this without reading other reviews first.

I did one scoop and felt nothing. Its the first pre-workout i have taken in years. No tingles or anything. The old formula worked great in the past for me. I will be switching for sure.

I used to drink energy drinks like it was water. That’s bad for the body and now for me my body is paying for it. I have my own bottle where I had a scoop of this C4 powder to a bottle and slightly more to it and shake it really well ( it dissolves easily) and it helps with my energy level and focus. My stomach isn’t upset with this and my body actually feels good with this remedy. Especially compared to the damage I was doing to my body with all of the other energy drinks and coffee I was slamming into my body each day.On a good day, I’ll have one bottle (one scoop) of this C4 powder drink and I’m okay for about 8 hours. On a rough day, I’ll have about two drinks. (2 bottles).I’m a college student and health care professional.
