Ich liebe Caffé Borbone. In unregelmäßigen Abständen versuche ich mich an anderen Bohnen, kehre aber immer wieder zu diesem Kaffee zurück. Kräftig, schokoladig, kaum Säure...wie in der Bar in Neapel.Da mein lokales italienisches Feinkostgeschäft, in welchem ich den Kaffee bis dato immer bezogen habe leider die Pforten dicht gemacht hat, muss ich nun auf den Online-Handel ausweichen.Zuerst einmal das Positive:Die Lieferung war wirklich sehr schnell. 2 Tage nach Bestellung lag das Päckchen bereits in der Packstation. Vorbildlich!Negativpunkt 1:Ich muss diese Kritik hier anführen, obgleich man natürlich ist, dass wenn man wie in diesem Fall nicht bei einem Kaffee Fachhändler bestellt, Abstriche gemacht werden müssen. Da das für den einen oder anderen aber kaufentscheidend sein könnte...Die gelieferte Packung hatte nur noch knapp 18 Monate Haltbarkeit. Zur Erklärung: gibt ein Hersteller kein Röstdatum auf der Packung aus, kann man in der Regel von 24 Monaten Haltbarkeit ab Röstdatum ausgehen. 6 Monate sind bei Zubereitung im Siebträger schon ein stolzer Zeitraum.Wie gesagt kann ein "normaler" Händler hier natürlich genauswenig mit einem Fachhändler mithalten wie ein Lebensmitteldiscounter, weshalb der Punkt nicht ganz so stark gewichtet werden kann. Wer aber wie ich darauf wet legt, sollte das wissen.Negativpunkt 2:Das ist der eigentlich Punkt, welcher die Bewertung auf 3 Sterne drückt: es wird nicht das geliefert, was hier als Bild anbgezeigt wird.Von Borbone gibt es jeweils eine Linea Vending und eine Linea Bar. Die Vending ist die etwas günstigere Variante mit etwas weniger öligen Bohnen, da diese für Voll- und Verkaufsautomaten besser geeignet sind.Die Lines Bar Bohnen hingegen, bringen die eigentlich gewollten Öle in vollem Umfang mit, was sich im Siebträger positiv auswirkt.Obgleich auf dem Produktbild die (teurere) Linea Bar abgebildet ist, wird nur die (günstigere) Linea Vending geliefert. Ich habe das auch schon gemeldet, so dass das Bild hoffentlich in Bälde ausgetauscht wird und dieser Kritikpunkt dann keine Bedeutung mehr hat.

La miscela giusta a grani per avere veramente un buon caffè. Un aroma gustoso, e forte al punto giusto.Unica nota dolente è il prezzo, ma stiamo "parlando" di CAFFE' d'ALTA QUALITA'!.
