I feel much more satisfied with these larger sizes than the others I've tried. They taste really good with no chalky or off taste. They do have a typical sort of vitamin-like flavor but it isnt too strong and doesn't have a bad after taste like some others I've had. Helps get me going in the mornings and controls my appetite until lunch. Gives me enough energy so I don't feel starved towards the end of the morning. They are thick enough to still drink easily and have a good flavor with a clean finish. Great when drinking ice cold. Shake it up extra for a more frothy beverage. Great for someone that doesn't feel like eating in the morning but needs something to keep them going. Great price compared to other similar items especially for their larger size which makes a big difference in feeling more satisfied. Definitely don't feel like I've skipped breakfast after having one of these in the mornings.

I don't get enough protein in my diet as a lacto-ovo pescatarian (vegetarian that eats dairy and fish) as I limit my fish intake to three times a week only so I don't get as much mercury as a thermometer. My doctor implored me to start drinking a high protein supplement when taking my medication and for a snack as I had also limited my dairy due to high sodium.I did a price check and these are the most affordable protein supplement per fluid ounce. There's more in a container, so I not only have enough to take all my medications, but enough for a snack mid-morning.The vanilla taste is creamy, tasty, and doesn't leave a sour or oily taste to your mouth later like I experienced with other protein supplements. I also like that they are low-glycemic index, meaning my blood glucose doesn't rocket up after drinking.

These were great for my son while healing from surgery and couldn’t eat much. He said they taste very good and kept him full and satisfied. I am his elderly mom and drink these when I have a hard time eating. I usually drink these when smaller Atkins protein drinks daily. They taste good as well. I have only tried the vanilla and chocolate drinks though. Not very thick and there is no stomach discomfort. The quality is great.

I've been using Atkins shakes for weight loss for a while. And it's absolutely helped immensely. I lost about 60lbs. I've evened out now and not losing more. I just started eating less and then drinking these. And then I began to lose weight. I went from 220 to 160. Now I'm not losing weight anymore, but they are a staple in my house.Sometimes I also can't make food due to my disabilities. So they are perfect. And convenient.Sometimes I put it in the blender with ice and ginger and honey and certain powdered botanicals I take, like moringa and maca. They are delicious. And filling enough. The packaging is not great. I've had multiple times when the seal around the drinking spout was damaged and leaking. As in the mouth spout was not fully glued.These are not to be consumed if not refrigerated after opening. So a bunch of times I had to throw them away. Because they were open enough that it makes me worry. Because who knows how long it was partially opened like that. I've also accidentally broken a couple on the bottom after I dropped it from only 1 foot off the ground. And then I know they're not always handled with care from the time they leave the factory to the warehouse, to my house. So I wish the containers were more sturdy. Because I know they get tossed around quite a bit when they are being stacked and transported.There's also always this last sip that you absolutely cannot get out. You can't drink it, you can't dump it into a cup. There's just this one last sip or two that remains in the container.These are absolutely wonderful though. Most protein shakes taste like chalk and these are really delicious. I wish they made some other flavors in this larger size. Like the coffee ones and the caramel ones.I enjoy other flavors in the small cartons. But those are more like a hold you over until you eat, or a snack.And then the price is pretty good as well. Unfortunately they contain soy which is not good for women my age. But I don't have any other options sometimes for sustenance. And these are the only ones that actually taste delicious. Put it in the blender with ice and some other stuff, you will have the best smoothie ever.

My daughter is autistic and a very picky eater. These are quality protein shakes and provide the nutrients she lacks from not wanting to eat much food. They are such a better price on here as opposed to the store. They taste good. I highly recommend them.
