The cart breaks down easily. Just use flat hook ratchet straps on the front and back of the cart near the legs to hold it tight together instead of screws. The legs seat firmly and deeply into the shelves, so the ratchet straps are really just in case you are picking it up to go over curbs or bumps. I don;t need a mallet to assemble or disassemble. I just use a firm hand bump and the legs seat or un-seat perfectly.I've upgraded the wheels to 10" off-road swivel castors with brakes. I was able to easily mount a camera head to one of the holes near the handle. The cables hang wherever I want them. I can use the holes in the legs to add garage hooks or any other accessories to easily carry C-stands and tripods. A monopod fits in the big center hole by the handlebar, while a fluid head camera mount fits into one of the slotted holes by the handlebar. If you need other mounting options, you can easily drill or cut a hole into this very sturdy (but soft-ish) material.I actually like this thing better than the professional carts I've used in many ways. If you are looking for a way to organize complex or heavy duty video shoots, this cart will handle everything you throw at it. They really are missing an opportunity by not marketing this to the pro video crowd.

Cart was pretty simple to assembly. The instructions were printed on the box and were not great but it is pretty straight forward to put together. The cart did arrive broken unfortunately but it still works as it should. I am giving this product 4 stars and not 5 due to it being damaged upon arrival.

This cart is great, i bought the small, it is larger than i expected. If i bought the larger one it would have been to big. This one is harder that others I have used to load/unload into a truck bed, if it were a large I would probably avoid unloading it if I did not think I would get use out of it for a long time.Mine was missing the bolts that secure the handle to the cart, I looked and looked and made sure I did not miss them somewhere and then I found bolts I had laying around the attach the handle, the ones I had laying around worked perfect, if they would not have I think it would be hard not to let it affect my review.The wheels are nothing to write home about, I will probably buy replacements. this cart is hard to steer going forward in tight places.The notch for cutting conduit or what ever works great, its nice to have that set up that lets you use your clamp so easy.The cup holder is to small for a shaker.The little hanger things that look like they are for a extension cord or what ever are too small for any cord I would carry but this hangers will hold a 2 or 5 foot ladder standing, or a larger ladder side ways will some effort, makes it nice if you have to drive a lot of stuff into a building with a elevator or something, saves an extra trip.

Highly recommend. Very nice features, easy to assemble, and very versatile.The adjustable handle position is very nice, the side hooks are very handy, and the two “V” slots on the top tray sides make sawing and/or cutting a piece of wood, EMT, or other thin-walled tubing/pipe easier than not having the slots. There are ample separate trays in the organizer.The instructions included with our cart did not specify how to arrange the two different pairs of wheels. We put the two caster wheels below the red push/pull handle, and the two straight wheels on the opposite side. That arrangement seemed to make the cart function better.CON: Wish there was this design in the larger Rubbermaid cart size. Would be nice if future design would allow the top tray’s vertical sides to fold down to allow for a flat top surface.

The following was my original review, since then they made it good. So far it has worked great I really like the adjustable handle, I don't have to lean down to push the cart, my feet do not keep hitting the cart. I like it.I am unable to get a copy/paste from my initial response to rubbermade. Baisicaly I stated it was missing the bolts or whatever holds the handles on the cart this was in their response. "Rubbermaid Commercial Products offers a one year warranty that covers manufacturer's defects. We can typically best determine a defect by looking at an image of your product. Unfortunately we do not have replacement parts for the cart." What kind of warranty doesn't cover parts? How did they make it without parts? I threw the box away thinking they would send the missing parts but I guess I should have waited because it looks like I have to take it apart and send it back to Bolo. I can not in good concience recomend this product with this kind of no service.

Package was damaged, and we are missing the metal bar to steer the cart, cart was purchased for my husband who is an electrician. Upon assembly noticed the metal bar that one would use to steer the cart was missing. Pictures were included in my original review. Paid over $200 for the cart, and then had to modify it for use. My husband cut a pice of metal to use in place of missing part, the box was too damaged to return.
3.0 out of 5 stars Handle lock is not sturdy, hooks snap
The ergonomic handle lock is not sturdy. One side broke after a few months, but to be fail I have it loaded down pretty well.The hooks are extremely thin and will snap if anything bumps into the side of them with any amount of force.
