So far, what I have noticed is that my energy level is much higher. I usually have a big problem if I over snooze my alarm and wake up.. I end up feeling really groggy and have trouble keeping my eyes open. Today, I slept in quite a lot and woke up and my eyes felt normal and I was able to get right out of bed! I also noticed I didn't have to use as much makeup this morning because my skin looked glowy and less acne-ridden. I will continue to use this product for a month and hope that all of these benefits will keep up. I look forward to seeing the effect on my hair and my nails also. I got this product because I wanted to try to clean my skin from the inside as I am prone to acne, have sensitive skin, have dry feet and dry skin. For about $1 a day I don't think you can go wrong, from what I can tell. The sleep benefit alone is worth it to me. So far I have had the packet in a smoothie and in my water. In my water the packet tasted slightly pasty so I added a tea bag and it tastes fine. In the smoothie it didn't absorb well but that is because we were at a restaurant so I just dumped it in. For the most part it mixed with my drink, and there was just a few clumps of the powder that I had to eat. They don't taste bad, not much of a flavor, it is very slight. In my water bottle I dumped the powder and shook it for 2 minutes and it completely absorbed. I am loving this so far. It's so easy. One recommendation is do not take it on an empty stomach. I did that this morning and felt a little bit sick, so I think taking it with food is better as most vitamin brands recommend.One issue I've had in the past two days since taking this is abdominal pain and constipation. I'm not sure if they are related, so I'll continue to use it to see. If so, maybe this product won't work for me :(

My 9th order just ran out but I have paused here before placing my 10th order today. Yes, this product is fantastic and does everything I’d hoped, better skin, hair and nails in a significantly noticeable way. However, it has absolutely nothing to improve the flexibility of my joints and that’s a priority for me. Therefore, I’ve decided to switch to a different brand that promises everything that this one does PLUS great improvement in joint mobility. I shall see.

I really like the packets for the convenience; I take it with me on the go and add it to coffee orders, or coffee at home. I don’t have to deal with measurements, using cups. No clean up. It dissolves quickly and absolutely no taste at all so doesn’t impact the flavor of your beverage. It’s only been a short period of using it so I can’t speak to impacts but will get more of the packets for pure ease of use & convenience. They arrived undamaged & all accounted for.

I've used this product for over a decade and I am very happy with it. I recommend it to my family and friends because it's worth adding it to your wellness routine. I used to have joint pains prior to using it, but thankfully it's gone away.

Hands down the BEST Grass Fed Collagen, and I love the packets! I can already tell a difference compared to other collagen(s) I have tried. It has zero smell or taste (compared to others) and easy to mix into anything. And the new travel packets are so perfect for on the go, portioning, and are easy to open. It's super light and mixes with anything. My hair is growing like crazy, my joints feel better, my skin looks better.......and this is coming from someone with food allergies, Fibromyalgia, etc. Clean and Good for you!
