I've favored this product for close to a quarter century; at first I had to have people bring it into the country in their luggage from Australia, but more recently it's been available from specialty shops in the US. Unfortunately, the latter tend to have poor turnover on this item, and so at times what one receives is old, which gives it a somewhat dry texture and takes most of the bite out of it. What I've received thus far from Bolo has been brilliant; fresh and precisely what the product should be.

I used to be Colmans English Mustard diehard until a friend from Australia introduced me to this product.Most of the time I use it on steaks , pork or sausageNot too hot and not mild but perfectly enhances the flavor on what i have used it for.Was pleased to actually obtain a grocery product online that had a reasonable use by date. Purchased Nov 2019 and use by May 2021
