Great value - even better price that the buy one get 1/2 off in the stores. The released time melatonin is the way to go - this product gives a longer lasting solid lseep. be forwarned if you are not use to using melatoning break the pills in half 10mg is a strong dose.

I really love this particular version of melatonin for when I need a little extra help falling asleep. It definitely works! I personally prefer a tablet to swallow rather than the gummies that a lot of brands produce for melatonin because I take it right before bed and don’t want chewy things on my teeth right before sleep. It’s small and easy to swallow. I love that it has the quick/slow release design and it really does seem to work for me!
