I do have slightly more energy and feel more cognitive. My work outs do last a little longer. Just dont take on an empty stomach

Just purchased it as a recommendation from Derek (more plates more dates), its a multi vitamin that i just started, so not sure if it works as advertised, but it sure does have the ingredients that I'm not getting on a daily basis.

Don’t let the count fill you it looks like it has more servings than most other supplements but you actually have to take a few of these daily.

I'm a USMC Veteran '2023' and always training my strengths and challenging my mentality since its important for me. So typical I search for pills that are multi vitamins and have ashwagandha ksm-66. Saw these for the price and giving them a shot, so far great packaging, fast e.t.a and easy to use.-Will update on overall opinion once my supply is out on September 16th.Update: Definitely my new favorites to use! ended up ordering another supply in October and now going for my third, due to its perform and easy to shallow pills. Will definitely be using regularly!

This is a great multivitamin for what it says on label plus the price. The amount of everything you need daily is pretty damn good in this one and plus its got ashwaghanda in it as well too which is good for testosterone support so in a way you can say its like a multivitamin and a testosterone booster all-in-one.
