T-Mobile refuse to do activate this sim that I bought from Bolo, T-Mobile referring me to contact Bolo customer care, Bolo customer care said they can't do activate. Anyway, it seems like T-Mobile doesn't value this sim I bought from Bolo. Then I went to T-Mobile retail store and bought from them instead. They use the same exactly of sim card to activate for me. I ended up pay extra $10 to pay for sim fee to get it to work.

Exactly as advertised, in fact, even better. Service is exactly what I ordered, and card was activated by the seller within 12 hours of my request - much faster than they promise. This is a great deal and especially useful for someone like me who uses Google Voice. Please understand what you are buying ahead of time (read the whole listing) and read the activation instructions the seller emails you. This isn't to say the process is difficult or there is any "trickery" here - there isn't, however I see a lot of people posting negative ratings because they didn't read the basic instructions. This is a prepaid SIM card. You can't choose your phone number. You can't refill it. It must be activated through the seller. If these conditions work for you, like they did for me, you will love the savings.

It turns out this SIM card is sold by a German company and when you go to activated it doesn't activate on the T-Mobile network directly it sends a request to them to go activated on the T-Mobile network working through the US themselves so you have up to a day of waiting have the card activated. In addition it was supposed to be a 30-day card but it still asks you for a start and end date which is ridiculous. You have to know that the dates are one day in the future because Germany is 9 hours ahead of America so make sure to pick your dates correctly.

I bought this for my dad while he was traveling to the US for a month. It was great and affordable. Super easy set up and it does take 24hrs to activate but they are very efficient and effective. Definitely saved us half the money we would have to pay at the store for installation and activation fee.

The reason this plan is so good is this seller has some bulk plan/package you are gaining access to.Summary:- If you need a prepaid for 30-60 days. This is an AMAZING deal. At the time I used this it was a better-pre-paid deal than I could get directly from T-mobile.- If you want a more long-term prepaid, or prefer to manage your own account online I suggest you go directly to T-Mobile.

Brilliant option, so easy to follow the instructions, on landing in the US I changed SIM cards and my T Mobile card worked the entire month, perfectly without any problems at all. My family was able to hotspot off me.My only regret was that I did not get our daughter one prior to us leaving.I was nervous as I had read some negative reviews so waited and purchased her an e sim from a T Mobile store in the US and it did not last as long, was not as cost effective and I had to call T Mobile every time we wanted to top it up, she landed up just hot spotting off me in the end.I would highly recommend. I contacted the seller prior to purchasing, a couple of times and received answers instantly.We were in NYC, NJ, Boston, Orlando, LA and San Francisico and I did not experience a single issue.Best price and service.

You get a card that gives you the information to get the sim activated.I followed the instructions and sent the email to them a week in advance.One day before I was to start using the sim, I had not received a reply from them confirming the activation.On the first day I tried the card and there was no data nor could I make any calls. I sent them another email and still did not get any reply.Total waste of money.Try other suppliers. So much better service and trustworthy.
