As I glimpsed through some of the reviews before purchasing I saw no mention of appetite suppression, only evidence that it really worked so I bought it.I had no thoughts about its effects on appetite so wasn't expecting it when my appetite was suddenly under control.I had a borderline binge eating disorder, one that would cause me to disassociate and binge eat if I tried too hard to manage it. It was all I could do to keep myself from being morbidly obese as my thoughts were uncontrollably flooded with thoughts of eating practically 24/7, whether as forefront thoughts or background thoughts. These would be especially triggered if I saw food on the counter (repeated offenses would cause me to eat whatever it was, even if I didn't like it), in media or someone was cooking around me. Food became something agonizing, something I wanted to avoid, to have nothing to do with, I started subconsciously hating all food, thinking everything is cheap and disgusting as a defensive mechanism to combat my need to consume at all hours of the day and yet still found myself eating things I didn't need when I wasn't even hungry and didn't even enjoy it. I felt disgusted watching or listening to people, including myself and even animals, eat. (I only say borderline because I somewhat managed to not give in nearly as often as I wanted to.)Losing weight after a binge was impossible (all the health specialists, including therapists, in my area are completely ignorant and unhelpful except to tell me that I didn't have anything physiologically wrong with me that should be keeping me from doing so) so it was all I could do to keep a maintenance weight by trying to maintain a balance of control that wouldn't push me into a disassociative state.So imagine my surprise when all of that was suddenly just... gone... I'd been suffering from this for more than two decades, only growing worse as it dragged on, and I'm only three decades old, yet I now find myself eating only when I'm actually hungry; my thoughts are freed up and I actually have a healthy relationship with food again. It's only been three weeks. I've lost 8 lbs. For the first time in my life I actually lost weight. This did so much more for me than I could have ever expected. I don't even know what to say.(Other than, if you also suffer a binge eating disorder, you probably shouldn't expect the same results as everything is entirely individual and reviews on appetite suppression are apparently mixed. (Looked it up as I was writing this review.) Go into it tentatively, without definitive expectation, and I hope it works for you, too. It's incredibly liberating.)

I don't write many Bolo reviews. I'm writing this so prospective purchasers can get an idea of my experience.A bit about me...I'm a 225lb, 6'0" black ex-Marine that used to weight train for the better part of the last 10 years. And as a single dad pushing 40 yrs old, only works out here and there nowadays. I also do my best to eat well and succeed 60-75% of the time so as not to have to workout as much.I've been taking CLA for years on and off. Every dosage of CLA (until this one) was approximately half of the recommended dosage; around 1000mg. This brand, however, has DRAMATIC effects over a small period of time...and I assume it would continue if I kept taking them.First things first...when you begin taking this stuff, WEIGH YOURSELF and MEASURE YOURSELF. CLA takes fat from ALL OVER your body. So if you're interested in where your fat is going, you'll need that info.Secondly: When you start taking it, you will taste it for about the first week as it dissolves in your tummy. This doesn't bother me, but it may for some people. Also, the pills shown aren't the ones I got. The ones I have are clear brown.Lastly...the results: I took this for 2 months starting in mid-November 2017, only did approx. 50-100 pushups each morning, went to work at a sedentary desk job and lost 20 lbs. By mid-January, I was 201 lbs and stopped. Every area on my body from my face down to my ankles lost fat, so the pills did their job.Conclusion: There isn't anything special about these pills other than their dosage. I'm not sure if the oil itself is made differently than any of the other ones I've taken through the years. If not, ANY of the other CLA pills will work in higher dosages. That being said, I don't care for taking pills so these horse-pills will work for me. The results were dramatic in my situation, and I hope they will be in yours. Any questions, just ask.GOOD LUCK!!!
