Excellent authentic ghee made by traditional Indian clay pot method from pure hand drawn milk and solar heat and slow gravity sedimentation. Essentially a crude sedimentation crack of butter, with only trace tiny amounts of hydrated milk solids and sugars. So no microorganisms or fermentation ( unlike cheese), but still mild buttery taste and smell and long shelf life like olive oil.

I only received the product on July 16, the GHEE BUTTER is not of good quality. The oil smells sour and not fresh, the smell of old butter. I'm upset, I asked Bolo to refund my money, it's impossible to eat…… 😒
