There was very little heat, it was primarly candy w/little in the way of ginger flavor.I recently purhcased "NUTS U.S. - Dried Crystallized Ginger Slices | All Natural and Non GMO | No Artificial Colors or Ingredients | Sugar Coated Chewy Flavor | Packed in Resealable Bag!!! (Unsulfured 3 LBS)". THIS is real ginger and has the spice to prove it.Rating averaged to 4 between both products.
