I love that these are single serve packets that I can dissolve-ish in a bottle of water. It does settle, but quick shake will do the trick. They are sweetened just enough to take the edge off the bitterness. This is definitely not ceremonial grade matcha, which I don’t mind in this case. I keep them on hand for matcha on the go and will definitely buy again.

Matcha snob here! While the single packets are convenient, the matcha itself is just bad. For one, it’s a dark muddy yellow green color, and usually the muddier it is, the worse the quality is. Matcha should be a vibrant green. For the taste, I made it as a latte, and it was so chalky and leaves a film on your tongue. It tastes kinda like a chemical, no nutty or umami flavors. I wouldnt recommend it as a drink. However, I have mixed this powder with white chocolate to make a matcha donut glaze and it was yummy. So, I think this is more culinary grade than anything.TLDR: bad for drinks, good for culinary purposes

Love the single serve packs. Easy to mix with lemonade for a quick energy boost. A little pricey though. Try matcha with lemonade! Very yummy!

I love all things Matcha! I stopped drinking coffee years ago when I first discovered matcha and I love making my own at home so I can control the stuff that goes into it like sugar. This is one of my favorite because it's already pre-measured and I don't have to worry about putting too much or too little in my cup. I use it daily and I always have it on hand. I use unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk and I use it with hot or cold versions. Works really well. Very highly recommended!
