When applied, it is light and almost refreshing. It does have a film to it on the skin, but after about 5 minutes it dissipates and am very pleased. I've used AmLactin, which exfoliates and becomes irritating.

Mi piel tiene un tiempo que esta muy reseca y una amiga me dijo de esta crema, no esta marca pero aparecio esta y la compre y me gusto mucho, siempre la uso de una vez que me baño, de esta manera la piel la absorbe y se siente una piel muy suave, tiene un olor a cacao y luego se queda un olor agradable y sientes tu piel bien por un rato largo. La vuelvo a comprar.

I just found out about this lotion from my dermatologist and can't believe the difference in the way my skin looks and feels after just a few days. I live in a very dry climate and had almost given up on my dry flaky skin. I also have very sensitive skin, and have no problem with this lotion. I don't notice much of a scent, and what there is isn't bad. This lotion works better than all of the lotions I have tried in the past x 10!

Definitely a burning sensation when you but it on. I'm a nurse and wash my hands a lot. I was told to get this and it would help the dry skin. A little greasy but the biggest thing I noticed was the burning. Today is only day 1. I'll return later of it gets better.

I was using this for acanthosis nigricans, no improvement in that but skin is super soft.

Cheaper than Amlactin and does the same job. Cream a little thicker but absorbs quickly. Only foot cream I use and it does a fantastic job on calluses and cuticles. Others have mentioned the scent but I find it very mild and pleasant.
