This magnesium glycinate is easy on the tummy and well absorbed. Many types of magnesium are NOT well absorbed. This product can also help with bowel issues and is important for the prevention of insulin resistance. Magnesium is also proven by scientific evidence to help restless leg symptoms. If taken before bedtime, it can also help relaxation/sleep induction. And there are a variety of health benefits - including helping prevent migraines.

I haven't really had time to assess these pills as yet. I haven't even added them to my regimen, but I am sure they will do as well as others, perhaps better as the dosage will be higher. My biggest concern is that all my supplements NOT CONTAIN ANY SOY. I am allergic to soy as are many others. 1 out of 20 people are allergic to soy. SOY IS A WELL KNOWN CARCINOGEN as well. In countries where soy is used by almost all of the population every single day there are abnormally high levels of throat and stomach cancers. These cancers USED to be seen at very low levels in the USA, but have been RISING ever since soy has been added to almost every food you can name and since soy has been touted as a wonderful substitute for meat.

I'm one that can swallow 5-6 pills at once with ease. I find that I have to take these ones by themselves because they're chalky, making them very hard to swallow. Other than that they seem to be working well and have helped with swelling in my knee and my restless legs.

Ok, I had to return this because the size of the pills was just too big for a person with Dysphagia and they tasted terrible if crushed - I tried. I had done a search for Chewable Magnesium and these came up in the search.I have tried so many Magnesium pills for my DH that I now have a lifetime supply for myself.But I cannot say anything bad about them because our only problem was the size of the tablets. This was the last one I tried so I sent it back since I already have half a dozen that we were trying to use.But there is nothing wrong about them - it seems all Magnesium Tablets are huge. I finally did find true Chewable ones.

These tabs are round and chalky. They are difficult to swallow. I’ve taken Mg for years and my brand discontinued it, so I tried this one. Most Mg tabs that I’ve had are oval in shape and coated to make it easy to swallow - these are not.

My physician told me that every woman over the age of 50 should be taking magnesium and D3 supplements for bone health. I read another article that stated magnesium was one of the most important supplements to take and as an added bonus, if you take it in the evening it is supposed to relieve anxiety and promote better sleep. I have never had a problem sleeping so I can't say if that part is true. Since supplements are not cheap I did quite a bit of research to determine which ones I would buy and which brand I would choose. I have been taking asquared for several years and continue to hope it is helping create stronger bones.

When I opened it, it was all crumbled up and old, it was breaking apart and most of it is powder. This is so so bad.
