The plugs work well so far on my 07 silverado 5.3 But what I did not say was, the best way to get to # 8 or that whole right side is to take out the wheel well cover! just a few bolts & push clips & it only takes less then 5 mins! you will be hard press to find any videos showing how to do it this way, don't fight it, & use a long extension & a universal to get it out! good luck
