Lets me take my vagifem once a week instead of twice a week so less estrogen in my system is a plus!! I cut them open put them in a container for when I need them so I don't have to open one each time..they are ready to use!!

As I've entered my Era of Peri-Menopause I occasionally suffer from internal and external vaginal dryness. I've been able to use these as needed and find comfort and relief. I don't have to utilize them as frequently as instructed and they're not as messy as suppositories can be. I do suggest using a panty liner in case. I'm very pleased with the results as I typically experience irritations from allergies and sensitivity. I hope that the formula never changes because I anticipate keeping them on hand.
