I’ve been taking Bolo elements Biotin for many months. This is a vitamin B7, has many qualities. I have noticed that my hair grows very quickly. It does nothing for my nails. I have noticed that my skin feels a little bit quicker from scrape scratches or bruises while using this product. It is a good product for me, but it may not work for everyone. I have this on auto order and take it every day.
