Replacement cartridge leaked worse than the one that needed replacing. Installation was after the return period had passed so out of luck. Upon closer inspection, the one ordered through Bolo came in a different box and the cartridge was marked with a large green dot - possibly a (poorly) rebuilt unit? Totally lost confidence in Bolo suppliers of GROHE parts so will go with more expensive (but reliable) local plumbing supply store with strong reputation. Oh well, live and learn.

This worked as the replacement cartridge for my faucet - -however, the new threaded ring that is intended to surround the cartridge does NOT fit - retain the original copper one that came with your faucet. there are videos on line that suggest you need a 32mm hex socket to remove the seat around the cartridge. In my unit a 30 mm hex socket was required (not 32mm).

It just works!
The cartridge is from the original manufacturer. It is well made, easy to install and is leak free. My only grumble is the price. Would be 5 star if it was a little cheaper, though this seller was the cheapest I could find. Well done.

Endlich wieder dichter Wasserhahn
Die Kartusche passte gut in die Armatur. Mit dem passenden Werkzeug konnte die undichte Kartusche relativ einfach ausgetauscht werden. Die einzige unbeantwortete Frage wäre nach dem Grund der Undichtigkeit der 10jahre alten Kartusche. Mal sehen, wie lange diese Kartusche dicht hält. Kai
