It is part of my 'plan' (along with some other products) to keep my lower back/leg pain under control. I have sciatica. I do not particularly like the feeling of this gel when applied but am willing to bear it because its helps so much. I usually use it in the am before getting dressed for the day. I am pleased with this product and consider it to be one of my essentials. Hint: I would not recommend putting this on freshly shaved areas (i.e. legs) as it will burn.

Upon using a pea sized amount of product as directed both my husband i myself immediately felt burning on the skin and skin turned extremely red as if it was going to blister. We immediately tried washing the product off of our hands and our neck and arms where applied. It was utterly impossible and left a residue that a kleenex even stuck to like glue. We were unable to remove all of the tackiness of the product. I put the squeeze bottle back into the plastic bag which received in and residue is still on the bag. I immediately looked up RETURN policy and emailed. Received a call back. Was willing to send picture. Bolo representative ELLA sent me a link x2 that took me to Black Friday Sales. I asked her to hang on while I tried through my computer. I was hung up on. I have Sent 2 emails back to email which I was sent the Link. NOTHING.I plan to try to research and Contact the company of this product before someone is hurt worse than our reactions.BE AWARE. CAUSED PAIN AND SKIN IRRITATION

I wanted to give this a try but, felt very tacky and sticky after putting on. I will go back to my usual brand as I feel like it absorbs quickly with no residue.

My friend Benjamin had a rough go of it one weekend. He went to a wedding, and a man with a rainbow on his lapel handed him an inhalant and wham! Ben was dizzy and nearly passed out. He had a rough night, and the next day, he was sore all over, like he’d done an intense lower body workout. Thanks to this magnesium gel, he was able to recover, the soreness in his glutes was gone, and he went back to work on his Master’s thesis!

Malgré son appellation gel de Magnésium il est quand même très gras
Les informations recueillies par ailleurs le Magnésium malgré ses bienfaits pour les articulations est difficilement transdermique (a du mal à traverser la peau) pas de progrès par rapport à une huile de Magnésium précédemment testée.

I applied this on clear skin and nothing happened.However, I applied this on my back and chest and it WORSENED MY ACNE, giving me little painful yellow bumps on my skin. BEWARE IF YOU HAVE ACNE.

Why did you choose this product over others?:I love this product, because if I apply 2 or 3 doses it feels like a low dose of Valium, without any of the dangers. They say that magnesium is 'nature's tranquilizer.' When I take magnesium capsules/tablets, I don't get the same effect so for me it absorbs very well through the skin. Tablets are only good for constipation in my case! The caveat is that some people won't get on with this as it can potentially irritate the skin. I don't have a problem though. It helps my restless legs syndrome, relaxes me in the evening and seems to slightly improve my sleep quality.
