When it worked, it worked great till it didn't.Unit lost 5 cameras after a power surge so assuming the cameras took a shot from the POE I replaced them and could not get them to work. Further investigating problems led me to the discovery that the power on those ports was fluctuating from 1.5v to 15v but not the 52v required for POE.I go to the product support page here where I purchased the NVR and am directed to the manufacturer. Here is what the manufacturer had to say when I supplied the serial number:"The serial number that have been provided for the device is either NOT from the North American Region, products purchased outside of our Region, or purchased from unauthorized distributor(s) (Such as eBay, or Bolo). Our support is limited to products purchased through authorized distributors, which includes firmware and software which are also region-specific. For this reason, you will need to refer to your original place of purchase for support."So, buyer beware, the NVR will work, when it stops working you have no support and no warranty.**UPDATE**I reached back out to Bolo for some help since this NVR is less than a year old. The only thing Bolo would do was file a claim with the seller on my behalf, but they did not explain what this claim was and only after it got denied, in less than a couple hours, did I find out their A to Z claim is only for delivery so my claim has been denied because it was in fact delivered. I wasted an hour of my time on chat for them to file a claim that is for DELIVERY not for a broken piece of equipment.

I do give this seller a 4star rating. I did have a issue with the NVR Ethernet port 1 did not work, but seller took return of NVR. the product was great except for port 1 not working. return was not a hassle either. I do recommend this seller.

I got this product. The only problem is it does not come with the hard-drive as stated. That was disappointing.Once you purchase and install hard-drive, it works well.

Deceptive advertising there is no hard drive. I hate when these guys write this kind of crap. The capacity is 4TB but they didn’t put any of it in there. Crappy way to sell. Also none of my existing cameras work with this unit. That’s a more expensive problem.

430$ later and when I went to review a video I found it never recorded! Why?? Because the NVR doesn’t have the 4TB hard drive as advertised.Super pissed! Such a scam
