I’ve been using this stuff for the past 10 years at least, it was brought to my attention by a stylist, way back when, it holds and thickens, and for a bald(ing) guy, that’s really important. It makes my hair look good.

I have older bottle of this and the scent is wonderful, but was running low and brought it again but the scent changed. WHY DO YOU DO THAT I loved Aveda products but stop changing them there is a reason people buy them. Even though the scent change the product still work great to add lift with weight.

The media could not be loaded. I have been using Aveda products since the 90’s when I worked in an Aveda concept salon, so I am quite familiar with how well their products work. This control paste is no different. It smells like fresh cut lemon grass and the texture is thick, so I holds the hair in place. The formula seems to have a changed a little over the years because thick particular jar that I got is more of a creamier texture whereas the old formula was thicker and stiff. I like this texture more. I would highly recommend this control paste if you only want quality, clean ingredients.

This product is terrible. Not sure if I just got a bad product but it crumbles and leaves a mess in your hair. Was Greasy
