I bought this just to try it since it is popular now. The flavor is similar to Parmesan but not quite the same, a little rounder flavor. The texture is similar to panko bread crumbs. I think will be good on salads for sure.

As someone who is plant-based, nutritional yeast is a staple in my kitchen. This product is great. It's taste is perfect, and I love that it's fortified and not too salty. And the price was great for the quantity I got. It was less than half the price of the Noochylicious brand. I will buy this one again.

Thanks to even just the natural B1.. no more getting up to pee at 3am... and this allows me to sleep throughout the night. therre's a wierd connection it seems with b1, some walnut thing in your brain needing it, and then your bladder starts to behave. i'm hooked, and thankful for the quality and the fair price. zzzzzzzzz

Chemically taste. Tastes like bleach
I had high hopes as the other reviews are high. Unfortunately this tastes like bleach! If yoy gave eaten the Bosh! Brand yeast you know what good quality yeasts taste like, this stuff is nothing like it and does not have any kind of cheese taste. Really poor.

Hands down the best nutritional yeast
I love this stuff. This brand is the best in terms of price and quality. I use it several times a week. Love it in my homemade crouton recipe. Love it on popcorn. To add some flavour and nutrients to soups, casseroles etc. I mix it with buffalo sauce to coat cubed tofu and bake in air fryer. It is so versatile. Highly recommend.
