My problem is that it was not clear at all that you had to change out the sealing wire to get it to seal and cut. Once I figured that out, by looking at other listings, I was able to figure out I need to put the round wire in there.Replacing the sealing wire is a pain, but doable. If you aren’t dexterous, good luck. But they are all like this. TIP; be very gentle with the screws holding the wire in. They seem to be floating or something and are very fragile feeling.Overall, the product works great, seals quickly, and does exactly what I need.Tip: start at like heat 3 and see if that works. Make sure to wait at least that full second after the light goes off. It’s important.Not sure why none of the questions are answered correctly indicating it can seal and cut.The instructions might as well have been in Latin, because they made no sense and provided no real use. Just watch the video they have. Pretty simple to use.While some people say they received a unit that needed additional repair to work, mine worked straight out the box.I’d recommend this unit. Hope it lasts 18 months.PS, I gave it 3*’s on easy to use for the reason of being challenging to change the sealing wire.

First one broke after an hour of use (seemed like manufacturing error since the hole in the metal top was off center). Requested an exchange and received a new one 1 day after shipping the first one back! No issues this time, checked for the same error and this one has the hole in the right spot and works great!

I love this impulse sealer. I bought it in 2021 and it has worked well for me. The seal quality is good and changing the heating element is pretty simple. The fuse button fell off though and it stopped working. I’m not sure how to contact the seller. Please reach out to me.

The sealing process is quick and easy. You simply press the heated side of the sealer along the edge of your bag, and it creates a tight seal in seconds. It only takes a few seconds to heat up, and there’s no complicated setup. I’ve used it on everything from plastic snack bags to reseal bags of rice and even craft materials, and it works great on all of them.

Sin embargo, el tiempo de respuesta de Bolo y del proveedor fue súper rápido y una semana después tenía en la puerta de mi casa una selladora completamente nueva y en perfecto estado.
