This stuff is amazing and versatile. I am allergic to wheat and corn. I keep this stuff in my pantry and use it in both dry and liquid form. Liquid-Smoothies and ice cubes Dry-to thicken gravies and add to baking. I like this because I can make it as needed, keeps it fresh and I can vary it's thickness to what I'm making. The taste is delicious, the color is a nice clean white/off white, chef's kiss.., it pairs with chicken and shrimp so well. Fragrant, just so nice.., Highly recommend you give this a try.

Great creamer alternative for coffee/tea and other hot beverages. It's as easy as putting a tablespoon or two in a dry mug, adding a bit of hot liquid and frothing before adding the rest of your hot beverage. Ingredients are simple; which is the way I like things - nothing weird. Stores easily on a pantry shelf or in a basket.

Good flavor and quality of product, but it did not dissolve well. Even in a hot liquids, and with chasing the floating lumps and attempting to smoosh them to dissolve, there were always lumps floating in my cup. I mean, the lumps still tasted coconuty good (haha!), but…Minus one star for the lumps.

With this huge heat I found it very useful to have a way to replenish my electrolyte. My muscles need support for my sport activities. I love the results coconut powder delivers every time. Nature has all answers we need.

I love coconut! great addition to add to my smoothies now. I wish there wasn't the maltodextrin but i am sure its a small amount.
Great quality product
The seller was just amazing with how quick it all turned but I love this brand in general and the varieties they have to sell. Very few options when it comes to pure coconut milk powder as most seem to have dairy milk solids added which kinda kills the purpose of it to be a dairy free alternative!

Works as expected,Not as coconut tasty as I expected, but it is to be expected, organic coconut milk powder, so they cannot add any coconut flavor,I ended up mixing it with other powders just for the nutrients,
