My jar arrived sealed, fresh and absolutely perfect. It’s adds savory, gently zippy, tingly heat to anything. It’s salted perfectly, has crunchy bits of fried chilies and soybeans, and is just generally amazing. Perhaps it is the msg that makes it so addictive, maybe it’s the Szechuan pepper? I don’t know, but I love it. It’s incomparable.
