I would recommend this mount for small lightweight trail cams or security cameras. I didn't see a weight test limit in the sale site, so be cautious. Lowest price also !

The suction was good for a while but then it started to fall off my dash very easily. I have a Sony zv1f camera and it fit very well and it was very functional for when I am vlogging in my car. The build quality is very good and installation was very easy. It’s adjustability is very easy.

I bought this to hold my SLR camera on my dashboard for shooting photos while off-roading. I did buy additional base mounts as the one that came with it didn't hold well. With the new mounting plates, the unit holds my camera steady in spite of the side-to-side motions,up off of the dashboard, and almost right up against the windshield. Exactly what I needed.

This mount is great. It has excellent suction, is compact, and comes with several accessories. The greatest weakness in this mount is the threaded insert locking screw. Even completely screwed, the position will not hold in place, and as a result will move around when a bump is hit.
