Great product, rich chocolate flavor and mixes well with other ingredients. My family loves chocolate-chocolate chip cookies. The first time I used this product; everyone asked me if I changed recipes. My answer was no I just changed the unsweetened chocolate I use. It was that noticeable they all loved the rich chocolate flavor that was lacking in the last product I used.

This was my first time trying raw cacao of any kind. I spent a number of years as a type 2 diabetic, and am extremely careful of what I eat now. This product gives me the opportunity to enjoy the actual flavor of chocolate, and to be in total control of what is added or not to enhance the flavors. So many different ways to use it, I am only getting started. I was also pleased with the buying, and shipping experience with this product, thank you.
