I love the coffee this machine produces. I have enjoyed the consistent crema and depth of flavor for the last several months. I would only recommend the DeLonghi Nespresso which produces the best results of the 2 manufactures for Nespresso brand vertuo. I hope that in the future that DeLonghi will offer an all stainless steel model for the vertuo line.

Should’ve bought this sooner and definitely instead of a keurig. Cups are perfect temp and presentation with even layers of foam. need to wait a few seconds to be able to press button to start brewing but love this espresso maker overall
1.0 out of 5 stars Piece of Junk - Broke in 7 Weeks - Warranty Not Honored by DeLonghi
Extremely disappointed. I bought this coffee maker July 8th and received it July 12th. Ran the cleaning cycle every 2 weeks (our office goes through a LOT of coffee. Descaled it after 250 pods were run through it in week 6. In week 7 the machine made a popping noise after brewing a cup and the light on the top ring turned half red half yellow. I looked up on the DeLonghi site for troubleshooting instructions and tried all of the actions, but it still it wasn't fixed. When I unplugged it and waited for the 30 seconds and plugged it back in and ran a brew cycle the machine made a loud grinding noise and did not sound like it was spinning the pod very fast. The coffee came out without making the crema on top. Since it was outside the Bolo retrun period I contacted the manufacturer by email as instructed by the Bolo site. I have never received a response from them so apparently they do not want to honor the warranty on the machine. I read reviews on other Nespresso machines and someone said the Breville manufactured machine was better quality, so despite the fact both manufacturers are in the Ukraine, I bought the Breville one and am just now setting it up. I hope it is a better machine and doesn't break, and if it does, they will honor the warranty, but just in case I paid the money to get the 4-year warranty with it. We shall see.

The first machine started to develop a mild leak after six years of daily use. Repairs would have been almost as expensive as a new one. So I ordered an identical one and am very happy with it. It works well, the coffee is mostly good to excellent. The biggest drawback are the relatively expensive capsules. And don't compare it to the Keurig stuff. There's no compare, infinitely better.

Good espresso and other coffee. I've had the machine for about three weeks, and I've run a bunch of pods through it, and it was all good. The coffee comes out nice and frothy and has an excellent taste. I ordered some pumpkin spice pods, and they were great. Also, got a small hand-held milk frother, and the frothy milk increased the umami by about 50%. A great cup of coffee for and frothy milk, the perfect picker-upper.

Gave this machine as a gift to a discriminating coffee drinker. . Recipient seems happy with it, used the included coffee samples ans said that coffee was very good.
LEAKS!!!
Do NOT buy this machine.... after a few mere months, the brew head is leaking all over and Nespresso's customer service is totally lousy... I spent an hour with the technical specialist to run all kinds of tests - to no avail, end result = defective. Ok, fine, under warranty... I was promised a box delivered to my house within 24 hours for me to bring the machine to Canada Posts. 2 days later, no box.... callied back: getting the round around and told to call back later as they are too busy. They 'cannot' return call, and they 'cannot' leave a message to whoever is responsible to mail said box... It's a defective machine, under warranty....this is my 2nd and LAST Nespresso machines. The other one barely lasted 2 years. Do know that if you buy via Bolo - you are stuck to deal with Nespresso, you cannot return it to Bolo.
Another leaky Nespresso machine
I got one cup of coffee out of this machine before it started to leak. Sent it back. Very disappointing. I’ll have to stay with my Kurig machine.
