Great mop but took one star off because the diameter of the handle is quite large and awkward for petite hands and you cannot dust under smaller spaces of furniture because of that big handle.

I liked that it came with two mop heads for when one is in the laundry. The handle is a little too thick, making it hard to get behind furniture to dust the baseboards. It extends a lot, though, if you need to reach high areas. The mop head is a little too floppy for me. When you're trying to dust baseboards it keeps flopping over.
