I have been trying not to lose any more teeth. And I had a cleaning so I hope this toothpaste lives up to what it says. It taste fine and I feel that its working. Trying to keep a clean mouth and prevent bleeding gums to avoiding bad breath due to tartar and gum disease. That's a lot for a toothpaste to live up too. I alternate with my regular toothbrush to keep my teeth white and of course stay tartar free and floss, floss, floss. I had know idea that flossing is a major key to healthy dental hygiene.

My dentist recommended these, and I have been using these now for over 2 years. They have been a blessing. Within the first three months, bleeding is completely gone, the gums seem to be growing back (at least it feels like that to me) and my dentist was very pleased with the progress during the last checkup. Highly recommended for teeth issues.
