First of all, i got this on a daily deal, so was over $100 below for what it normally lists as. Is an excellent piece of furniture. Am good at assembling this stuff and it still took me 2 hours. Directions are clear, everything is labled, none of it is difficult just tedious. Once assembled, it feels and looks sturdy. You will need a screwgun, directions say different but have one ready. Is really the only tool you will need, set it on the slowest speed though. It puts out a ton of heat and is quiet, the flame looks realistic, am impressed. Remote is simple to use and works well. The fire place part would be a pain in the butt to replace but is doable if needed. My 50" tv fits perfect, not sure how well a larger TV would look on it. All in all, am very pleased with my purchase and would whole heartedly recommend it to anyone looking for such a unit. Oh, one last thing, need a lot of room to assemble. Half the assembly process is preparing the pieces to be put together, so need space to lay them out. If you buy one, you will be pleased.

This fireplace is beautiful and made of quality materials. Took about 2 hrs to put together by one person. Parts were labeled and instructions were easy to follow. It’s very sturdy and the fireplace looks realistic. Would highly recommend!! Great piece of furniture at a great price .
5.0 out of 5 stars EASY TO PUT TOGETHER AND A VERY NICE CORNER FIREPLACE TV STAND
The media could not be loaded. This TV stand/electric fireplace adds beauty and warmth to my bedroom. It was SO EASY to put together. It took me about 3 hours total to put it together as I carefully followed the easy to read instructions. Each piece was labeled with a letter which made it easy to follow with instructions. I am very pleased with my purchase. Can't wait for winter!

The media could not be loaded. Directions said it took two people approximately 3 hours to assemble, but I am a 52yo woman with a 3yo who "helped" and we did it ourselves (she inserted all the tiny dowel pins) in about 4 hours. The list of tools needed said not to use power tools, but then showed a picture of a power drill in the list of tools needed. I could not have done it myself without the power drill to put in all those screws. As it was, some screws the drill couldn't reach so I screwed in with my arthritic hands. There are a LOT of screws and some were VERY difficult to get in.It is made with pressed particle board with a wood-like finish that looks very nice in the completed product. The space at the top for components is quite small, nothing bigger than 5"Hx11"Dx17"W will fit. It looks bigger than that, but the corner design cuts off the outside edges of the space. Absolutely nothing bigger than 5.0" tall will fit, and any wider shortens the depth because of this corner design. I had to cut out the back of the cardboard backing to make the stereo receiver fit, and even then it still sticks out by 1". Only a tiny blu-ray player really fits.While researching which electric fireplace to buy, I couldn't find a single video of the actual fireplace functioning to see how it looked (I have uploaded a video with this review) so was nervous it would be really cheesy in a relatively inexpensive product. I am happy to report that this fireplace lover is quite pleased. It doesn't look real by any means, but it creates an ambiance that satisfies, and it's a space heater to boot. Other than the small space for components, I am impressed for the price I paid.

The media could not be loaded. Product looks great even for pressed wood. There was no scratches or dents when received. All the parts came so I didn't have to use the spare parts that did come with it. I liked that if you follow the instructions exactly one person can do it, it's not a problem.The remote provided with the battery is pretty straightforward and I'm sure my guests using in the guest bedroom will have no problems. It provides great Ambience and great warmth.

This is a great addition to any room. Takes a few hours to assemble but, instructions are clear and easy to follow. I recommend assembling in a large room where you can spread out the pieces. It looks fantastic in our cottage bedroom and it’s as quiet as a mouse. Very cozy!! My only recommendation is for the manufacturer to provide covers for the cord/plug holes in the back. People don’t use VCRs anymore so those holes are unnecessary for most.

Item arrived in a couple of days. Packaging was very good, no damaged pieces. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. All parts were included plus a bag of hardware "spares" just in case you lose something. Assembly took about 1 1/2 hours but it took an additional 15 minutes because one of the bottom supports was missing the holes for one of the cam locks & bolt. Luckily I had the correct size drill bits to correct the problem. My wife loves it and it looks great in the corner of our living room.
