These are delicious! I'm a personal trainer and holistic nutritionist, and finding a plant-based protein bar that's very low in sugar, high in protein and fiber, doesn't upset the stomach, and is tasty? Almost impossible, but they've done it with this one. I'm eating one every day to meet my macro goals, and quite a few of my clients have already ordered a box after trying one of mine. Yes, my box disappeared very fast! They smell exactly like a Thin Mint girl scout cookie and don't disappoint in taste, although they are a bit hard. The only reason I notice that is because I am currently wearing Invisalign braces and my teeth are sensitive to hard foods. No one else has mentioned it, so I'm assuming it's just my special-needs teeth. It won't deter me from my once-daily treat, which I now look forward to eating every day as if it was a forbidden dessert!

These NuGo Slim Mint ones are really delicious, as well as Vegan. Thank you soooo much to other reviewers who mentioned looking for the Vegan label, because I totally missed the label on the other flavors of Nugo Slim bars. I assumed they were all made from the same protein source, but certain flavors have whey as well as the soy protein. Thank God I didn't eat the raspberry ones yet, because I have a dairy allergy. Too bad they don't have more non-dairy options. Mint chocolate is my favorite, though. Definitely getting these again.As far as the quality, I found these to be fresh - although I ordered them via Bolo at Whole Foods, and they were delivered from the store.

I have been buying these for years as the vegan, high protein nugo bar in chocolate mint. The most recent batch is different in texture, noticeably smaller, with less protein (previously had 1-2g more depending on flavor,) and they were already expensive. I have spent who knows how much money over the years on these and they have now lost a loyal customer. I also bought the raspberry since these bars have always been advertised as vegan. The raspberry has whey (milk) in it. No reason for that whatsoever and is sneaky. Wasted a ton of money. What a shame.EDIT: I spoke to a polite and helpful nugo rep that said the label difference is due to new protein rounding guidelines but the product itself has not changed. So, please add that info to my review. The bars are always inconsistent but I have generally forgiven that because I do like them very much. They also said they recently updated info for the raspberry to make it clearer that only some slim bars are vegan, not all. Still sad though about that part.

We are on a weight loss program, their meals are great, but the snack bars at230 calories, not that great. We found these Nugo bars on-line, they are wonderful. Lower calories (160), bigger, and higher protein (16g) than our weight loss snack bars, low sugar and very chocolatey and satisfying. As my husband is anemic, we were also happy to see 3.4 mg of iron in each bar as well. Ever since we switched over to these snacks, we have been steadily dropping weight...and with a cup of coffee, they go down like a luxury baked good dessert. Our favorites are the chocolate espresso and the mint.

The bars themselves are pretty good. The order I received was poor, the chocolate had a white coating demonstrating they had not been stored and shipped properly. It's not hot right now either in the middle of March. The bars were a bit hard too. Buy from somewhere else.

I've had to eliminate dairy from my diet and I can't eat wheat and these have been a great replacement. These are really tasty and have a nice crunch. One of the best vegan protein bars I've found for taste and amount of protein per bar without being really high kcal.I've tried four or five other brands and these have been the best. I tried a sample of the four flavours first. This and the crunchy peanut are my faves
